Subscriptions & Billing

Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions. Billing cycles, pricing, and cancellation terms are presented at purchase. To the extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

AUDrive may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUDrive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

Without limiting the foregoing, information and route suggestions on AUDrive are provided for reference only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate in light of changing real-world road, traffic, or exam conditions. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AUDrive at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other reasons, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria to resolve any dispute.
