The longest Hornsby route at 16 km, taking about 36 minutes in a single stage. It extends through Hornsby, Waitara, Wahroonga and Asquith, covering nearly twice the distance of Routes #128 and #130. Speed limits range from 40 to 60 km/h with the majority on Pacific Highway at 60 km/h. This route has the most roundabouts (7), the most stop signs (9) and 4 school zones, making it the most demanding from Hornsby.
Watch Out For
- School zone on Coonanbarra Road. 40 km/h during school hours. This road also has speed changes between 40, 50 and 60 km/h.
- School zone near Sherbrook Road. Close to Wahroonga, watch for flashing lights.
- School zones near Edgeworth David Avenue. Two school zone signs in this area.
- U-turn sign near Coonanbarra Road. The only Hornsby route with a U-turn marker. Know the NSW U-turn rules.
- Multiple stop signs in Wahroonga area. 9 stop signs total. Come to a complete stop at each one.

Key Tips
- With 9 stop signs, make sure you stop completely behind the line. Rolling stops are an automatic fail.

- At Galston Road, traffic from Pacific Highway can be fast-moving. Give yourself extra time to merge.
