Covering 16.99 km in about 33.7 minutes, this route runs through Denbigh East, Mount Farm and Ashland up to Netherfield and Simpson. It has the most pedestrian crossing points of any route at this centre, three in total, and unusually stays on 30, 40 and 70 mph roads without a single 20 mph residential stretch.

Watch Out For

  • Three separate pedestrian crossings, more than any other route here, watch for people stepping out near Simpson Road.
  • Eight give-way junctions and eight roundabouts spread across the middle section.
  • Three 10 mph shared sections where you must keep speed very low.
