This 18.35 km, 29.7-minute route is one of the longer tests run from Bletchley and ties for the most traffic lights of any route here, 13 in total. It heads out past Rickley Lane through Old Bletchley, West Bletchley, Denbigh Hall, Redmoor and Granby, then follows the Milton Keynes grid roads onto V4 Watling Street and up to Witan Gate in Central Milton Keynes. Speeds run 30 to 70 mph with no 20 mph sections, so most of the test is dual carriageway driving rather than slow residential work.

Watch Out For

  • Two school areas with reduced limits, one near Whaddon Way
  • Three give-way junctions and one pedestrian crossing
  • A bike lane section, check mirrors before any lane change
