Cheetham Hill (Manchester) #1776 Pro
Route 1776 runs 7.0 miles in about 31.5 minutes through Charlestown and Pendleton, and is one of only four routes at this test centre that reach 40 mph, with 20 and 30 mph limits elsewhere. The single stage drive has 12 sets of traffic lights, one roundabout and an even seven left and seven right turns.
Watch Out For
- Pendleton Roundabout, a multi lane junction where you give way to the right and signal left on exit.
- A stop sign requiring a full halt behind the line.
- Three give way junctions plus a pedestrian crossing near the test centre.

- Broad Street is a wide multi lane road where lane choice matters early.
- Eccles Old Road mixes faster traffic with frequent side road junctions.

- You will be asked to pull up on the left, finishing close and parallel to the kerb.
