Route 1804 covers 7.4 miles in about 31 minutes as a single stage, running from Bunn's Lane through Hendon, Hendon Central, West Hendon, Kingsbury and Burnt Oak. It reaches more separate areas than any other route from this test centre, and limits move between 20 and 50 mph. Nine signal controlled junctions and 14 turns carry the workload, with only one roundabout on the whole drive.

Watch Out For

• A marked give way where a slower road joins traffic running at 50 mph.
• The school area in the south, with a reduced limit and children near the kerb.
• Multi lane stretches on Watford Way, where the correct lane must be chosen early.

Route Features

• Quiet residential roads including Downage and Station Road between the main road legs.
