At just 7.6km, this is Broome's shortest test route but do not underestimate it. With 12 roundabouts and 14 give way intersections crammed into a compact loop, you will face a junction roughly every 500 metres. Like all Broome routes, there are zero traffic signals in the entire town. The route circles through Napier Terrace, Carnarvon St, and Guy St in Broome's town centre at 50-60km/h.

Watch Out For

The 14 give way signs are the most of any short Broome route. Each requires you to slow, check for traffic, and yield before proceeding. Dora St and Herbert St have closely spaced intersections where you must quickly re-assess priority after each turn.
