The longest Manukau City route at 13.72 km, completed in about 26 minutes across two stages. This is the only Manukau route that includes Southwestern Motorway driving at 100 km/h. It loops through Papatoetoe via Plunket Avenue, heads west to Noel Burnside Road, onto the motorway, and returns via Puhinui Road. With 17 traffic signals, it also has the most signals of all three routes.
