This is the longest Westgate VTNZ route at 14.52 km, taking about 27 minutes in a single stage. It is the only Westgate route with motorway driving, reaching 100 km/h on the Upper Harbour Motorway. With 9 roundabouts, 15 traffic signals, and 19 give way intersections, it is the most demanding route at this office. The route heads north through Brigham Creek Road to Hobsonville and Whenuapai.

Watch Out For

Motorway merging and exiting at 100 km/h requires confident lane changes with thorough mirror and blind spot checks. Nineteen give way intersections, the highest count of any Westgate route, demand constant attention. Four pedestrian crossings and 3 school zones add further hazards.
