Watch Out For

• Chapel Hill school zone. 20 mph zone with 6 school zones total on this route, the most of any Basingstoke route.
• Swing Swang Lane. Narrow rural section after leaving the built-up area. Watch for oncoming traffic on bends.
• Faraday Road industrial area. Heavy goods vehicles turning in and out. Give them extra space.
• Churchill Way West. Multi-lane road with frequent signal changes. Stay in the correct lane early.
• Black Dam school zone. Another 20 mph area. Speed compliance is strictly monitored by examiners.
