This 9.7 km route heads northeast from Goodmayes through Grove Road to Brian Road, then onto Eastern Avenue heading east. It turns north onto Hainault Road to reach Painters Road in Fairlop, loops through Aldborough Road in Barkingside, then returns south via Aldborough Road South, Cameron Road, and Felbrigge Road. Similar to Route 469 but shorter.
