Route 7 from Belvedere is a fast-paced route that heads west along Woolwich Road to Bostall Hill and into Plumstead via Church Manor Way. You follow Plumstead High Street before heading north on Pettman Crescent to Western Way through Thamesmead. The route joins Eastern Way at 50 mph heading east, a long dual carriageway stretch, then exits via Picardy Manorway. The return uses Picardy Road and Nuxley Road.

Watch Out For

With 13 traffic signals - the most of any Belvedere route - you must be sharp on light timing and stop-line discipline. The descent down Bostall Hill is steep and requires controlled braking. The 50 mph section on Eastern Way is the longest dual carriageway run from this centre.
