Watch Out For
The 6 roundabouts are the highest count on any Sale route, each requiring correct lane positioning. The M56 slip road demands rapid acceleration to 70 mph. Grove Lane near Hale has 40 mph semi-rural stretches with limited visibility. Sandilands Road has narrow sections with parked cars on both sides.
