This longer Kingstanding route heads north through Oscott School Lane and Shady Lane to Aldridge Road, then north-west via Queslett Road through Pheasey. The route continues north to Chester Road North at 40 mph into Streetly, passing Banners Gate Road and Hartley Road. The return heads south through Kings Road and residential Kingstanding back to Birdbrook Road.

The 40 mph Chester Road North section is a busy A-road with frequent junctions and bus stops. Eight roundabouts include the complex Queslett Road East junction with multiple lanes. The transition between 40 mph A-roads and 30 mph residential streets is frequent across this 16.5 km route.
