Birmingham (Kingstanding) #561 Pro
This Kingstanding route takes the south-eastern corridor via Stowell Road and Epwell Road to Moor Lane, then south to Brookvale Road and North Park Road in Erdington. The route continues east to Slade Road, then north via Summer Road before returning west through Kingstanding Road to the test centre. This variant adds an extra roundabout compared to the similar Route 1 layout.
Watch Out For
Ten traffic signals are concentrated along Slade Road and the Erdington shopping area. Four roundabouts include the busy North Park Road junction. Brookvale Road carries bus traffic and has pedestrian crossings near shops.
