This Kingstanding route follows the popular south-eastern corridor. From Birdbrook Road you head south via Stowell Road, Burford Road, and Epwell Road to Moor Lane. The route continues south through Brookvale Road and North Park Road in Erdington, east to Slade Road, then north via Summer Road back to Kingstanding Road.
Watch Out For
Ten traffic signals are the main challenge along the Erdington corridor. Brookvale Road is one of the busier roads with bus routes and on-street parking. Three roundabouts require standard yield-to-the-right protocol. The residential streets between Kingstanding and Erdington have frequent give-way junctions.
