This Kings Heath route extends far south to Wythall. From Alcester Road South you head south through Sladepool Farm Road to Hollywood By-Pass at 70 mph. The route continues south via Middle Lane and Chapel Lane to Hill Lane in Inkford, then east through Gorsey Lane and Station Road in Wythall. The return heads north on Alcester Road (A435) back through Druids Lane.
Watch Out For
The 70 mph Hollywood By-Pass is the fastest section on any Kings Heath route. Zero traffic signals means all junctions require observation-based decisions. Hill Lane and Gorsey Lane are narrow country roads with 60 mph limits but tight bends. Six roundabouts include busy dual carriageway junctions.
