This 12.8 km route from Maybush heads north-east through Shirley Warren and Upper Shirley, south through Banister Park and The Polygon, west to Freemantle and Millbrook, returning via Romsey Road. With 41 waypoints (the most of any Maybush route), including stop signs, give-ways, bike lanes, and a roundabout, every section demands attention.
Watch Out For
Multiple stop signs near Freemantle - a full stop is mandatory, not just slowing down. The Polygon has narrow Victorian streets with parked cars. Bike lanes on Millbrook Road West require mirror checks before every lane change.
