Watch Out For

• Sandown Road, Toton. Residential road with cars parked on both sides. Watch for vehicles pulling out of driveways without warning.
• West Avenue, New Stapleford. Narrow residential street. Parked cars may force you to the wrong side. Check oncoming traffic before committing.
• Ilkeston Road approaching Brian Clough Way. Speed drops from 40 to 30 mph as you enter the residential area. Two school zones nearby require additional vigilance.
• Toton Lane. A wide road with frequent speed limit changes and hidden side junctions. Maintain lane position and check mirrors before any lane shift.
• High Road return section. Busy road approaching Beeston with pedestrians and cyclists. Keep steady speed and scan for hazards.
