Watch Out For

• School zone near Brenchley Road. Four school zones on this route. 20 mph limit during school hours, combined with narrow streets and parked cars.
• Roundabout cluster near Andrew Broughton Way. Roundabouts appear in quick succession heading out of the town centre. Give way to the right and choose your lane early.
• 50 mph zone approaching Sandling. Speed increases to 50 mph heading north. Build up speed steadily after leaving the 30 mph area.
• Pedestrian crossing on Union Street. Near shops and the town centre. Be prepared for pedestrians at all times.
• Old Tovil Road narrow stretch. Parked cars reduce the road to single-lane in places. Use the MSM routine before passing each obstruction.
