Watch Out For

• 70 mph section on Grimstead Road. The only Salisbury route with a 70 mph limit. You must build speed confidently. Driving significantly below the limit on a clear road is a serious fault.
• Give way junctions on rural roads. 9 give way points scattered along the route, many at rural T-junctions with limited visibility. Approach slowly and check thoroughly.
• Speed changes on Tollgate Road. Transitions between 30, 40, and 60 mph happen quickly as you move between built-up and rural areas.
• U-turn sections near Laverstock Road. 4 U-turn points along the eastern section. Follow the examiner's directions carefully.
