This 15.6 km route is the most complex from Stevenage with 2 stages. From Old Town on Lytton Way, it heads south through Monkswood Way and Valley Way to Shephall. The route continues east through Chells on Chells Way and Mobbsbury Way, then north via Fairlands Way to the Chells Manor estate around Pacatian Way. It returns west on Martins Way through Pin Green, finishing via Grace Way, Sish Lane and Haycroft Road back to Old Town.

Watch Out For

Twelve roundabouts and seven traffic lights make this the busiest junction route. Ten right turns are the most of any Stevenage route and demand consistent observation and positioning. The Chells Way section has 20 mph zones near schools. Six Hills Way is a fast 40 mph road connecting the east and south districts.
