Route 3 从 Belvedere 沿Woolwich Road向西到Abbey Wood，向南穿过Abbott's Walk到Longleigh Lane。随后爬上Bostall Hill穿过 Plumstead，经McLeod Road下坡到Crumpsall Street。路线汇入Harrow Manorway东行，接Eastern Way（50 mph），经Bronze Age Way和Lower Road返回Nuxley Road。

易错点

Bostall Hill坡陡弯急视野有限，下坡时必须控制车速。Nuxley Road的6个环岛交通汇聚繁忙，需提前观察来车方向。全程8组红绿灯要注意停车线位置。
