One of three westbound routes from Frankston that head toward Nepean Highway, covering 12.2 km in about 24 minutes in two stages. Unlike the eastbound routes, this one caps at 70 km/h with no 80 km/h sections. It has 8 traffic signals (tied for most at Frankston) and 9 school zones through Seaford and Frankston.

Watch Out For

  • School zone cluster near Buna Avenue. Three school zones in this stretch alone. 40 km/h during school hours. This area has the highest concentration of school zones on any Frankston route.
