Glasgow (Shieldhall) #595 Pro
This 15.6 km Glasgow Shieldhall test route heads north through the Clyde Tunnel to Crow Road in Broomhill, then follows the Clydeside Expressway eastbound before looping back through Ibrox via Broomloan Road and returning along Shieldhall Road. It is the only Shieldhall route that uses the Clyde Tunnel and Expressway, making it a high-speed challenge with stretches at 50 mph.
Watch Out For
The Clydeside Expressway carries fast-moving traffic at 50 mph with merging lanes - check mirrors early and match speed confidently. The school zone near Victoria Park drops to 20 mph during school hours. Nine roundabouts test lane discipline, especially the Renfrew Road roundabout near the test centre.
